October 28
-egg white puff, kraft single, nitrite-free turkey, grey poupon, on 2 slices of rudi's high fiber toasted bread
-about 2 sips of a chocolate-raspberry smoothie I then tossed (flavor wasn't that great and the seeds were uber annoying)
-starbucks vanilla instant via with a lil cinnamon
Went to work & got everything completed & organized so I could go on my trip without any loose ends. *pats self on back*
Then, it was time to spend time with this little girl who I won't be seeing for at least another week, minimum.
cell phones are serious biz-nass
-mashed acorn squash with a lil vegan butter, cinnamon, & pumpkin pie spice
-roasted veggies (all orangic: fingerling potatoes, broccoli, sweet potatoes, carrots) dipped in both ketchup & a dip I made (greek yogurt, greek seasoning, black pepper)
-peanut butter chocolate chip larabar
Kendyll had a few samples. She gives it two toddler thumbs up.
-small vanilla cone
Why is ice cream so damn delicious?! Like, abnormally so. Nooooom.
Didn't eat dinner 'til like...10:30 pm.
-nitrite-free turkey, pesto, & a sundried tomato and basil laughing cow cheese wedge on 2 slices of rudi's high fiber toasted bread
-leftover roasted veggies (sans broccoli) dipped in ketchup
-orange slices
-tazo zen tea
I only wish I didn't have loose ends at home. OK, OK, so 99% of that I'm talking about deals with catching up on TV. But whatever. I'm drowning in shows! My DVR might explode before I get back. If it gets past 100% full and starts deleting things it is ON. No one gets between me and my shows. No one.
Add to that fact that packing is STRESSFUL. And ahhh.

It feels like I walked & burned sooo much more. *YAWN*
Have I mentioned packing is HARD?! I'm pretty sure it took me over 4 hours. Ughhhh.
LOL her face. I wish I could pack her!! My heart.
Oh, yeah. I guess I should probably mention WHY I'm packing, eh? Tomorrow afternoon I leave for Atlanta/Nashville for 6 days. Sayonara, suckers ;).

squash & pb
October 27
-egg white puff on 1 slice of rudi's extra fiber bread lightly toasted with a laughing cow garlic & herb wedge with lots of grey poupon + a few slices of turkey (couldn't taste the turkey at all, weird)
-roasted fingerling potatoes with ketchup
-organic green tea
-orange carrot juice
-roasted acorn squash with naturally more pb (it worked, I promise)
-roasted veggies (broccoli, fingerling potatoes, baby carrots)
-water
-build your own burrito (rice, black beans, queso, lettuce, tomato, corn salsa, sour cream, & a 100 cal pack of guac I added at home)
-a few chips with salsa
-98% decaf (lol how they advertise that) peach mango unsweetened tea (that has apparantly won awards...I think it's OK, but I like Cheesecake Factory's better *shrug*)
Prob should have only eaten half the burrito. My bad.
-organic raspberries, yellow raspberries
-half of a snickerdoodle cupcake
-half of a pumpkin pie cupake
-water

Jackass
October 26
-roasted fingerling potatoes
-a few bites of a yogurt mess (greek yogurt, pumpkin, stevia, maple sunrise cereal)
-crappy cup of smores & chocolate stevia french press (not strong enough or something & didn't quite fill the mug to the top)
-kombucha
good, but I longed for ketchup. Note to self: bring ketchup, mustard, and salad dressing to work. STAT.
How 'bout that lighting? LOL
Work for a few hours....
Kendyll for a few hours....
:).
More kisses! I think I got at least 6 today, a new record. LOL.
returning a lil luvin'
She let me (well, more like made me lol) carry her around a lot too. She almost never likes me to carry her, I'm more of her couch, car, & floor play buddy. So that was cute. Surprisingly she didn't feel too heavy today, usually I want to cry after like...30 seconds. LOL. Weakling= me.
She was a bit of a hyper lady, but when isn't she? Well, this pic here proves how she wouldn't stay still.....
LOL
OK, OK, maybe a few times...
more kisses
riding her dog like a pony, LOL
strike a pose!
Last Pic I could manage before I passed out on the couch for like 15 minutes...
Don't worry, Kendyll was asleep too. I didn't abandon the lil lady! Actually, she slept for almost 2 hours! She's never slept past 1 hour before! Lots of new records today.
Oh, right. You're here for my food. My bad. Here we go:
-the rest of the yogurt mess topped with another handful of cereal (honey nut cheerios this time)
-small side salad (organic mixed greens, organic baby carrots, a lil goat feta crumbles, a lil light ranch)
-water
-hot foods hot bar leftover from yesterday
My Mom & brother got Dairy Queen. I thought about a vanilla cone, but dug into my purse instead for....
-dried fruit energy bar (REALLY good)
not bad, not bad at all
My Mom picked a couple of these up for me at her pharmacy/health foodie place thinking I'd like them. She was right! I never would have bought them for myself, so I'm glad she took the initiative. Thanks, Mom!
-black bean burger with only half a bun, lettuce, tomato, & mustard
-side of fruit
-1 shiner bock
Mi Padre y I went to the movie grill (burger & beer nite!) to see Jackass 3D. LOL it's become our tradition to see all the Jackass movies. They're very scholarly, y'know. Riiight! But hey, not a bad way to waste a couple hours. Though I did find myself screaming "Nooooo" a few times and trying not to hide my eyes. LOL gross boys....
-the last of the vegan carrot cake slice
Guess my appetite is back lol. :-x

Dude, Where's My Appetite?
October 25
-overnite pumpkin oats with a few raisins, cacao nibs, & a heaping tsp of pb
-kombucha
My iPhone decided these pics weren't the right format. Despite being the ONLY format. Weirdo phone.
I wasn't really feeling food this morning, so I ate a few bites in the morning & finished it up in the early afternoon.
Left work early to see...
Awww. First time in a week and a half! *gasp*
She kissed me 4 times in a row, beat that ;).
Although she did also break the dvd shelf...ooops
-monterey jack & sundried tomato sun chips
-turkey wrap (brown rice tortilla, nitrite-free turkey, pesto, sundried tomato & basil laughing cow wedge, organic greens)
-iced tea
I always have to try the new sun chip flavors for some reason. These were a lil bland, but OK.
-a small side salad (organic greens, baby carrots, light ranch)
Workout:
-1 hr treadmill
I really missed working out. I was worried I was gonna overdo it, but I think I did a-ok.
I had no appetite, but I ate a lil bit...
-side salad (organic greens, a few chunks of whole foods cumin & cilantro tofu, whole foods greek orzo pasta, drizzle of organic greek dressing with 2-3 almond thins crushed on top)
-dessert plate (part of a slice of vegan carrot cake, 1 or 2 bites of pumpkin pie, a sample of the new holiday ice creams: egg nog, pumpkin pie, & gingerbread cookie)
-water
I actually put back most of the small sliver of pumpkin pie I cut myself (didn't like it) + about 2 bites of the carrot cake to save for later.
