October 13

-blueberry and cinnamon flax oats with a few tablespoons of pumpkin, a tsp of naturally more peanut butter & about half a handful of organic semi sweet chocolate chips
-caramel coffee via (not as sweet again. SO weird how each packet is completely different)




-gluten free multigrain penne pasta salad with tuna, peas, corn, green bell pepper, white beans, artichoke hearts, greek seasoning, sprinkle of pink salt, black pepper
-a litttttle leftover organic mixed greens
-apple slices with cinnamon & organic strawberries




-chocolate chip cookie dough larabar (what's with everything tasting different? I thought the first one of these bars was only so-so at best. This one was GOOD).



On the way to look at flooring look what we saw on the road...



Not a transportation method you see on the road every day, lol.

-meat-free bean chili (kidney beans, pinto beans, organic white beans, organic diced tomato, tomato sauce, organic corn, chopped green bell pepper, chili powder, cayenne pepper, hot sauce, black pepper, sweet potato chunks, and a tiny drizzle of maple syrup + honey to help cut the heat just slightly) topped with greek yogurt
-organic blue corn and flax chips with guacamole
-most of a miller chill






The chili was fab. It was mostly thought out, but also kind of a "dump everything that sounds good in and hope it works" dinner. Those work almost every time. *heart* Who needs meat? I didn't even notice it was missing, for realz. Is it lunchtime tomorrow yet?!

Not great lighting at nite...

A little dry and not very sweet, but they're OK. The more chocolate in the bite, the better tasting.
