Officially one week (almost completely--darn corn!) gluten free. Niice.
November 9
-1/2 of a gluten free lemon muffin (140 cals)
-water
-leftover 4 oz filet mignon (220 cals)
-leftover creamed corn (125 cals)
-the rest of my dad's leftover salmon (2 oz or so) (85 cals)
-a few bites of potatoes (100 cals)
-a few snap peas
-1 tomato slice
I feel like it was more cals than that, but idk.
-2 organic/raw/vegan/gluten free/any other health term macaroons (delish) (140 cals)
-herba tussin tea with 1/2 a teaspoon maca powder (5 cals)
-gluten free beef strogonoff with lots of wilted spinach (500 cals?)
-2 pieces of dark chocolate filled with marzipan (60 cals)
15 minutes? Not quite.
-snack plate with 1/2 serving of gluten free mary's gone crackers, 1 oz dill havarti, and raspberries (200 cals)
-black cherry zevia soda (0 cals)
I'm going to go now and be the sweetest daughter ever and reorganize the kitchen. I probably should have decided that a couple hours ago BEFORE I got tired, but oh well. Not like I'd go to bed before 3 am anyway *sigh*
Oh, & Chloe wanted to say hi. Isn't it funny how cats LOVE boxes?
