January 4

Gettin' Back on Track...at least with posting. With my actual eats? Well, you'll see (the downfall...)

January 4


-leftover mexican (tilapia with spinach, zucchini, salsa, and sour cream and a few bites of rice and beans)
-1 corn tortilla
-water



-2 vosges truffles (last ones)
-a few gummy lifesavers
-water



-grilled cheese on gf multigrain bread
-pomegranate iced tea



-godiva gingerbread truffle (sooo good)



-spaghetti with lean turkey meat sauce
-garlic bread
-red wine soaked mushrooms
-cran-raspberry sparkling water
-a few sips of red wine


this sauce is soooo good



-the rest of the glass of red wine
-a couple bricks of a symphony chocolate bar



-a couple more lifesaver gummies

-a small amount of 2% organic chocolate milk (the least fatty one they had) mixed with an even smaller amount of organic skim milk
-more water



Yeah for chocolate. Don't think I want to know how many cals all that was...

Before I go, can I interest you in a lil....
